To create a blank with ultimate compressional and torsional rigidity, engineers employed two top-tier Shimano manufacturing processes — Spiral X and Hi-Power X. These processes prevent the blank from twisting and rolling, enhancing accuracy and control when casting big baits while providing increased power for battling large fish.Durable components like a custom carbon fiber-infused CI4+ reel seat and double-foot Fuji K-Frame guides with SiC inserts are built to withstand the strain of bulky, long-range bait deployment and retrieval.
